How can I keep my account secure?
We recommend taking the following steps to keep your account secure:
  1. Change your password regularly - we recommend once every three months. See how to change the password.
  2. Go to your Security settings and log out of any unrecognized devices
  3. Pay attention to the notifications we send you about log-ins using your credentials

My Account has been compromised. What do I do?
If you believe your account has been compromised, please follow these steps:
  1. Change your password - How to change the password.
  2. Secure your email - You use your email address to log into BeToBe. It’s possible that someone else may have gained access to your email. Follow the security protocols of your email provider to ensure your email address is secure.
  3. Log out of all devices - You can log out of all the devices that you’ve used to access your BeToBe account
